London Green has, in recent years, developed an enviable reputation for innovative and attractive developments around London. Starting in 1998, Philip Green and Marc Carter have concentrated on providing affordable accommodation in up-and-coming areas.

Many developments are of cutting edge design, some however have been refurbishments of listed grade 2* buildings. In all cases the construction work undertaken has been by London Green's own operatives together with trusted sub-contractors, thus enabling the build process to be delivered within budget and to an excellent standard.

London Green's structure is extremely flat thus ensuring there is daily contact between the directors and project managers. Much design input is also provided by the directors who work closely with teams of architects and engineers to provide the most cost effective and innovative solution possible.

In future years London Green intends to develop this approach further, moving into higher value areas and building increasing be-spoke and complex buildings. The directors' extensive experience will ensure that its buildings will still continue to be cost-effective but of the very highest standard.
