Two Victorian warehouses built virtually back to back were re-facaded back in the 1930s to give a pleasing art-deco look. Our extensive refurbishment of these buildings created 50,000 sq ft of category A air-conditioned office space together with 15 apartments located on the top two floors of the building, offering outstanding views of London. A new 3 floor high central core was installed linking the two buildings.
