The conversion of a Victorian Grade 2* listed school building in Clapham to create 45, mostly duplex galleried apartments involved the construction of a brand new wing to mimic the existing, even to the extent of using specially manufactured "imperial" rather than metric sized bricks. A further 19 houses were formed in the grounds from the existing "science" block together with a substantial new-build element.
